(Isra) 17 : 66
رَبُّكُمُ الَّذِي يُزْجِي لَكُمُ الْفُلْكَ فِي الْبَحْرِ لِتَبْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا
It is your Lord who sails the ship for you through the sea that you may seek of His bounty; indeed He is Most Merciful upon you.
It is told in verse 31: 31: “Don’t you see the ships sailing through the sea by the favor of Allah to show you of His signs? Indeed, in that are signs for every patient and grateful”. It is told in verse 45: 13 that Lord has subjected to mankind whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. That means Impartial Lord has taught Adhikr which is the Constitution of the universe to mankind from the Paradise itself. See explanation 10: 6, 57-58, and 14: 33.
